Currently when frames are exported into a PPT using Deck, page numbering does not occur upon export. Figma also does not have pagination built it to set before the export. Would it be possible to add this as a feature of Deck so that when the export occurs, pagination can also be included within the output?

The latest version of deck for figma now supports slide numbers.
How this works :
Text layer with name '$SlideNo' are considered as slide number layer. The text is overridden based on the slide position in the deck and the layer is also translated a slide number element in the converted pptx file
