I recently purchased the license for [Name of Deck Software]. It was working fine initially, but today, the upgrade notification/prompt reappeared. Can you please check my license status, as it appears the purchase is not being recognized by the application.

Thanks for a good plugin and for the ability to convert for free. There is a problem - this is the Arial bold font. After converting it becomes Regular. Maybe someone knows how to fix this? Maybe the reason is in the different font names in the programs?

When exporting text layers from Figma to PowerPoint, line breaks created using Shift+Enter are not retained in the resulting PowerPoint file. Only standard line breaks made with Enter are correctly preserved. This leads to formatting issues where soft line breaks disappear, and content appears as a single block of text instead of maintaining the intended layout.

I am not able to export my Figma file to PPT format. there are 25 slides in total. When I try to export 2-3 slides, it is coming out fine. But not when I am exporting in bulk

Simply by explorting frames as slides with Deck, the custom fonts we use (and I assume others do the same) are converter to PPT correctly, but their naming breaks some of the styling and further editing. We had to manually rename "Kontora Regular" to "Kontora" to make sure styling and positions of text are same as in Figma and to embed the fonts in the PPT file. Problem is doing this manually is painful - since PPT doesnt allow bulk edit. Perhaps either this is a bug, or this could lead to a feature, which would allow bulk editing of fonts in Deck right before exporting?

Some text in frames is exporting as images. Specifically, this seems to be happening to the top text layer in a group when there is also an image in that group.

Attached image shows difference in formatting. The fonts in the figma file are Mona Sans Medium and Mona Sans Semibold. I'm on a Macbook M1
