I’m experiencing an issue with exporting certain slides. Sometimes the export doesn’t work for specific slides, even though all the slides are identical. Some of them export without any problems, while others do not, and I can’t understand what exactly causes this issue.
I have an active paid subscription. I also asked my friends who are using the free version to try exporting the same slides, but they faced the same problem — the export didn’t work for them either.
I tried exporting these slides after removing different elements and effects, but the issue still persists. The export process simply freezes at a certain point and doesn’t complete. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the moment where it gets stuck.
What’s also confusing is that another plugin is able to export these slides correctly, while your plugin cannot, even though the content is the same.
Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue and how it can be resolved?
